Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying insights
- Design and deploy bespoke measurement frameworks linking programmatic spend to business outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, Revenue)
- Guide clients through implementation of advanced measurement solutions (MTA or MMM)
- Apply intellectual curiosity to dig into data anomalies to ensure single source of truth
- Create and activate learning agendas including audience cohorts, channel sequencing, and incrementality testing
- Navigate privacy compliant tracking and emerging media channels to ensure data continuity
- Mentor junior team members and contribute thought leadership content
- Partner with clients to navigate B2B journey, connecting top of funnel activity to down funnel outcomes
Requirements
- 5–7 years in analytics roles, ideally within a high growth AdTech firm, Performance Agency, or SaaS environment
- Proficiency in SQL and Expert level Excel
- Practical experience with MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing
- Experience building impactful stories within Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiarity with AdTech ecosystem including CDPs, MAPs, and CRM connectors (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5–7 years in analytics roles in AdTech, Performance Agency, or SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL and Expert level Excel.
- Practical experience with MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing.
- Skilled at bridging technical data and business goals.
- Focus on measurement over reporting.
- Familiarity with AdTech ecosystem (CDPs, MAPs, CRM connectors).
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
Bonus Experience
- B2B Domain Expertise: lead to revenue funnels, ABM, CRM integrations.
- Coding Proficiency: Python or R for predictive modeling.
- Vertical Knowledge: E commerce, Retail, or CPG analytics.
Compensation
- Base salary range for Ontario: CAD 117,647 CAD 139,706.
- Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards.
