About the Role
StackAdapt is looking for a Client Success Manager to support self-serve customers with the programmatic advertising platform. You will provide first-contact support via phone, chat, and email, resolve technical issues, and drive account growth and retention.

Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for Self Serve clients on StackAdapt platform questions
- Support clients to ensure successful delivery of programmatic campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide data and insights for product improvement
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve problems at scale
- Retain and grow high potential customers
- Search and analyze data sources to provide insights on product usage
- Resolve application issues and ensure incidents are addressed within SLAs
- Assist in creating Support documentation for frequently experienced challenges
- Resolve business and technical incidents related to the StackAdapt platform
Requirements
- 2+ years of client facing experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analysis, or business/technical support
- Advanced knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising, Digital IAB Certification, and Google Analytics Certified highly preferred
- Proven experience identifying root causes of technical issues
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Role Overview
- We are looking for an exceptional Client Success Manager to help build an internal Platform Support Centre.
- You will work closely with a select division of Self serve customers and collaborate with internal teams globally.
- Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, you will provide first contact support via phone, chat, and email.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for Self Serve clients on StackAdapt platform questions.
- Support clients to ensure successful delivery of programmatic campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide data and insights.
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve problems at scale.
- Retain and grow high potential customers.
- Search and analyze data sources to provide insights on product usage.
- Resolve application issues within established SLAs.
- Assist in creating Support documentation.
- Resolve business and technical incidents related to the StackAdapt platform.
- Take initiative on tickets that can be completed without Development team assistance.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Advanced knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising, Digital IAB Certification, and Google Analytics Certified highly preferred.
- 2+ years of client facing experience.
- 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, data analysis, or business/technical support.
- Proven experience identifying root causes of technical issues.
- Proven experience working with complex databases is a plus.
- Familiar with APIs and web app integration services.
- Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot) is a strong asset.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or tracking platform skills is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience providing training and explaining concepts.
