- Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools (HubSpot & Salesforce)
- Lead creation and optimization of email marketing capabilities
- Analyze large sets of marketing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
- Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies and tools
- Work with sales and marketing teams to build and manage automated workflows and campaigns
- Continuously review and refine marketing processes for efficiency and scalability
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience leading evaluation and implementation of new software
- Experience managing data syncs across integrated tools (e.g., MAP & CRM)
- Detail oriented with ability to audit complex processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to train teams
- Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices

Role Overview

- We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team.
- This role will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and support the broader marketing and sales teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot & Salesforce).
- Lead the creation and optimization of email marketing capabilities.
- Analyze large sets of marketing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies and tools.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build and manage automated workflows and campaigns.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrable experience leading evaluation and implementation of new software.

- Strong communication skills and ability to train sales and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices.

Salary Band
- Ontario Salary Band: CAD 76,000 CAD 90,000 CAD.
