Job Summary

  • The Senior Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue growth for Networking, CCTV, and Smart Home product portfolios across the UAE and GCC markets.

Channel Development

  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
  • Develop relationships with system integrators, installers, and resellers.
  • Increase product penetration through partner networks.
  • Manage partner sales targets and performance.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop key projects and opportunities.
  • Conduct customer and partner visits regularly.

Product Promotion

  • Promote Networking, CCTV, and Smart Home solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate training sessions for channel partners.
  • Support partner led marketing activities.

Opportunity Management

  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Track project opportunities and sales progress.
  • Work closely with technical teams on solution design and proposal preparation.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Support channel partners with commercial and technical requirements.
  • Resolve partner concerns and maintain strong relationships.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
  • Identify market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of channel sales experience in UAE/GCC markets.
  • Experience selling Networking, CCTV, Security, or Smart Home solutions.

Pay

  • AED 7,000.00 AED 14,000.00 per month
