- Orchestrate seamless 'resident' journeys from pre arrival to a 'fond farewell', including greeting VIPs and conducting in suite check ins
- Design 'wow moments' and sensory journeys, such as organizing private heritage walks or coordinating high profile celebrations
- Deliver expert level packing and unpacking, garment pressing, laundry valet, and professional shoe shining to highest luxury standards
- Manage in suite dining experiences, including service of afternoon tea, evening canapés, and private meals with meticulous table presentation
- Supervise daily butler operations, allocate resources, and mentor junior staff to ensure interactions align with Raffles Brand Personality
- Maintain and update exhaustive guest profiles, noting specific 'quirks' and preferences for seamless 'elite relay' between shifts
