Core Responsibilities
- Intuitive Guest Care: Orchestrate seamless resident journeys from pre arrival to fond farewell, including greeting VIPs, in suite check ins, and suite orientations.
- Bespoke Experience Curation: Design wow moments such as private heritage walks, impossible to get reservations, and high profile celebrations.
- Master Valet Services: Deliver expert level packing/unpacking, garment pressing, laundry valet, and professional shoe shining.
- Dining & Social Facilitation: Manage in suite dining including afternoon tea, evening canapés, and private meals with meticulous table presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise daily butler operations, allocate resources, and mentor junior staff to align with Raffles Brand Personality.
- Guest Intelligence: Maintain and update exhaustive guest profiles noting specific quirks and preferences for seamless elite relay between shifts.
