Senior Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a driven and relationship oriented Senior Business Development Specialist to grow Calo’s corporate and business partnerships.

This role focuses on acquiring, managing, and expanding B2B accounts by offering Calo’s meal plans and wellness solutions to companies, organizations, and institutions.

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients
• Present Calo’s products and solutions to decision-makers
• Develop tailored proposals and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales
• Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Consultative selling and relationship building
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Time management and pipeline prioritization
• Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
