Financial Strategy and IPO Readiness

• Own and execute the financial roadmap toward a Calo IPO.
• Strengthen profitability levers across markets, unit economics, cost discipline, and margin improvement.
• Build investor-grade reporting, financial models, and board-level narratives.
• Ensure governance, audit readiness, and internal controls meet public-company standards.
• Lead capital allocation strategy and advise on funding or M&A decisions.
• Saudi IPO experience is a significant plus, while Tadawul and KSA regulatory familiarity is highly valued.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across seven markets.
• Own the P&L at a $200M+ revenue scale with a deep understanding of B2C subscription economics.
• Partner with business leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights.
• Build KPI frameworks that drive accountability and performance across geographies.
• Deliver clear financial reporting to the executive team and board.

Finance Operations and Compliance

• Own ERP and financial systems end-to-end for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax obligations, and statutory requirements across operating markets.
• Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and foreign-exchange risk across seven countries.
• Build and maintain SOPs that create consistency and accountability across geographies.
• Drive automation and AI adoption within finance.

People and Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead a team of more than 15 finance professionals across FP&A, business finance, and finance operations.
• Directly lead two Directors responsible for Finance and Finance Operations.
• Develop team members' strategic thinking and functional expertise and fill two open senior roles.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Lead board-level presentations and represent Calo to investors, auditors, and external partners.

Experience Requirements

• Current or recent CFO or Head of Finance experience owning the full finance function.
• Strong B2C experience with subscriptions, customer economics, and consumer scale.
• $200M+ P&L ownership or comparable commercial complexity.
• Experience building or scaling finance systems, reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Strong board-level communication and executive presence.
• Experience leading regional teams across the GCC.
• Deep understanding of GCC tax, statutory, and market dynamics.
• Startup or scale-up leadership experience; a corporate-only background may not be sufficient.
• Saudi market exposure and Tadawul IPO familiarity are strong pluses.
