Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across mid market and enterprise segments.
  • Conduct structured qualification by evaluating client needs, treasury requirements, FX exposure, and complexities.
  • Lead initial engagement with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Secure and coordinate high value discovery calls and commercial meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive seamless opportunity conversion.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and commercially relevant documentation within CRM.
  • Support planning and execution of outbound campaigns and targeted go to market initiatives.
  • Consistently deliver against performance objectives.
  • Build commercial knowledge across international markets, enterprise sales methodology, FX and treasury solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven enterprise sales experience with strong track record.
  • Recognised champion and advocate within specialist field.
  • Strong ability to conduct high quality discovery and structured qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.
  • Naturally curious and coachable with growth mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong CRM discipline.
  • Tech savvy and confident using modern sales tools and CRM systems (Zoho experience an advantage).
