- Define the strategic roadmap for Sokin's banking connectivity across MEA
- Build business case for market expansion, analyzing client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements
- Work with Banking Partnerships team to define needs and evaluate potential partners
- Collaborate with engineering to scope and prioritize integration work
- Own ongoing performance and optimization of MEA banking infrastructure
- Monitor transaction success rates, settlement times, and costs across corridors
- Stay ahead of MEA payments landscape and track developments in instant payment schemes, open banking regulations
- Gather feedback from clients and sales teams to identify infrastructure improvements
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Prioritize product features based on customer value and business impact
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Hands on experience with banks, PSPs, SWIFT and local payment rails across MEA
- Ability to own roadmap and drive decisions independently
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross functional teams
- Comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders
- Technical depth to work closely with engineers
- Thrives in ambiguous environments and brings structure

As our MEA Expansion Product Manager
- You’ll define the strategic roadmap for Sokin's banking connectivity across MEA.
- You'll be responsible for building the business case for market expansion.
- Working closely with our Banking Partnerships team, you'll define what we need from banking relationships.
- Once partnerships are established, you'll work with engineering to scope and prioritize integration work.
- You'll own the ongoing performance and optimization of our MEA banking infrastructure.
- A critical part of this role involves staying ahead of the MEA's payments landscape.
Your Role As a PM At Sokin
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Work directly with a cross functional team of engineers to deliver value often.
- Spent time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact.
- Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers.
- Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries.

- You're excited by building B2B fintech products and have hands on experience with banks, PSPs, SWIFT and local payment rails across MEA.
- You own your roadmap and can identify problems, make decisions, and drive things forward without waiting to be managed.
- You're someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it.
- You're a strong communicator and enjoy working in cross functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions.
- You're comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to design solutions that are user centric yet compliant.
- You have enough technical depth to work closely with engineers and find the best solution to a problem.
- You thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure to them rather than waiting for it.
