- Lead architectural decisions ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
- Drive operational success of features through monitoring, alerting, and support processes
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Participate in code reviews ensuring high standards for quality, security, and performance
- Engage in troubleshooting and incident response for production issues
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with end to end feature ownership
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience managing both development and operational aspects of software
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset for identifying improvements and innovations
- Prior experience in a senior role with mentoring responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer to join our growing team, helping us to transform and scale our payments platform.

Key Responsibilities
