About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers, travel managers, and procurement teams.
• Negotiate corporate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements in line with hotel policies and revenue strategies.
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking, and market engagement.
• Monitor corporate business performance, market trends, and competitor activity within the UAE and regional markets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, account plans, and represent the hotel at corporate events, networking forums, and industry functions.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities and guest satisfaction.
• Develop strategic account management plans to grow long-term partnerships and repeat business.

About You

• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market, business trends, and hospitality sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage corporate contracts, RFPs, and long-term commercial partnerships.
• Analytical and strategic thinking ability to identify growth opportunities within the corporate segment.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with strong exposure to corporate sales and business development.
