Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.
As a Senior Business Development Manager handling Corporate segment, you will lead and expand the hotel’s corporate business portfolio to drive room nights, corporate partnerships, and overall revenue growth.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international corporate clients, multinational companies, travel management companies, and key business partners.
You will also ensure all commercial activities align with the hotel’s luxury brand standards and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers, travel managers, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate corporate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements in line with hotel policies and revenue strategies.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking, and market engagement.
- Monitor corporate business performance, market trends, and competitor activity within the UAE and regional markets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, account plans, and represent the hotel at corporate events, networking forums, and industry functions.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities and guest satisfaction.
- Develop strategic account management plans to grow long-term partnerships and repeat business.
About You
- Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market, business trends, and hospitality sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage corporate contracts, RFPs, and long-term commercial partnerships.
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability to identify growth opportunities within the corporate segment.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with strong exposure to corporate sales and business development.
