Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain exceptional service standards and guest experiences
- Interact with guests, handle requests and concerns professionally, and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Monitor bar setup, cleanliness, stock levels, and service readiness throughout operations
- Work closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Support training, inventory control, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Passionate about Food & Beverage and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
- Confident team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and hospitality standards
- Preferably has experience in a luxury bar, restaurant, or 5 star international hotel in a similar role
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and demonstrates excellent attention to detail and professionalism
