- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and foster a positive working culture

- Passionate about Food & Beverage with strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- Experienced in managing luxury restaurant, lounge, or bar operations within a 5 star hotel environment
- Enjoys interacting with guests and building strong relationships through outstanding service
- Confident and approachable leader, friendly, trustworthy, skilled in coaching teams
- Highly organized with excellent planning, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Communicates fluently in English; knowledge of local language is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible shifts

About The Role
- As the Ikandy Ultra Lounge Operations Manager – F&B (Outdoor Bar & Lounge), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Ikandy Ultra Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, and driving business performance.
- You will lead and inspire the team, enhance the venue’s atmosphere, and maximize profitability while delivering world class service in a luxury hospitality environment.

- Oversee the daily operations of Ikandy Ultra Lounge, ensuring exceptional food, beverage, and service standards at all times.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability through effective operational management and guest engagement initiatives.
