Your Mission
Drive Koinz’s growth by building meaningful partnerships and creating new business opportunities that expand our impact across the food and lifestyle ecosystem.
You’ll play a key role in connecting brands with millions of users through strategic outreach, relationship building, and high-impact deal making.
What You’ll Own
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, partnership potential, and high-value prospects across the market.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, messages, emails, and networking to build strong relationships and open new business opportunities.
- Manage the full business development cycle from first contact through meetings, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
- Lead and participate in client meetings (online and offline), confidently communicating Koinz’s value proposition and partnership opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and consistently drive commercial growth.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding after closing deals.
- Track activities, meetings, and pipeline progress using CRM systems and internal tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to continuously identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Koinz professionally across meetings, events, and networking opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, account acquisition, or client relationship management.
- Strong background in prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and managing client meetings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven startup environment.
- Highly proactive, organized, and motivated by growth, targets, and building impactful partnerships.
