- We are looking for a **driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive** in both Riyadh who is passionate about Koinz’s mission to provide end-customers with seamless ways to experience their favorite brands anytime, anywhere.
- This role is ideal for a natural seller who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating value for restaurant partners.
- You will be responsible for onboarding restaurants onto the Koinz platform, expanding our merchant network, and helping partners grow their revenue and marketing capabilities through Koinz’s solutions.
- What you will be working on here in Koinz:
- Arrange appointments with qualified leads and new prospects provided by the lead generation team.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals with a high level of professionalism and ownership.
- Act as an ambassador of the Koinz mission, brand, and product in all partner interactions.
- Prepare proposals, offers, and lead contract negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Engage with restaurant owners and food-related businesses, driving meaningful conversations that highlight the full value of Koinz.
- Clearly communicate Koinz’s value proposition through multiple channels (phone, email, video calls, in-person meetings).
- Own and manage your sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions.
- What you will need to fit in this position:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience working in startups, particularly within the F&B or FoodTech industry, is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
