Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads provided by the lead generation team into active business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective restaurant partners and food related businesses
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation, contracting, and successful deal closure
- Act as a brand ambassador for Koinz, effectively communicating our mission, products, and value proposition
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and agreements to support the sales process
- Build strong relationships with prospective partners and guide them through the evaluation and onboarding journey
- Communicate the value of Koinz through various channels, including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face to face interactions
- Own and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow ups and consistent progress toward targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Conduct field visits and market mapping activities to identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions on the CRM
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Based in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Al Hasaa, Qatif, Jubail) and comfortable with frequent field visits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong customer centric mindset

Your Mission
- We are looking for a natural seller passionate about Koinz’s mission to provide end customers with seamless ways to experience their favorite brands no matter where and how they want it.
- Your role will be to sign deals with restaurant owners and operators with the idea of providing end users of the Koinz App with the best selection of restaurants in their neighborhood. By doing so, you also help these restaurants grow their revenue and marketing capabilities.

Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- You are based in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Al Hasaa, Qatif, Jubail) and are comfortable with frequent field visits.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- You take ownership of your work and are passionate about delivering results.
- You are a natural salesperson with a strong customer centric mindset.
- Having experience in startups, especially in the F&B industry is a plus.
