Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep Wealth Management expertise to support client business and technology initiatives.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams by translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and business leaders.
- Create and maintain business and technical documentation.
- Support system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status tracking.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Wealth Management.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA ticket creation, tracking, and workflow management.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of wealth management regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with banking systems and architecture.
Compensation
- The posted base compensation range is 75000-91000 for the posted location.
- The role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
