Hiring: Senior BIM Engineer (Villa Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team for high-end villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for villa projects
- Ensure compliance with project standards, design requirements, and BIM protocols
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for seamless coordination
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts
- Support project delivery through accurate modeling, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in villa or residential projects
- Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
- Solid understanding of construction processes and project workflows
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Preferred
- UAE/GCC project experience
- Immediate availability
