PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate in Technology Strategy Consulting.
The role helps clients align business strategies, operating processes, organizational models, and technology capabilities.
The work focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
Core responsibilities
- Develop technology strategies and roadmaps that create business value.
- Support business-led technology transformation programs using agile methodologies.
- Assess AI, advanced analytics, and automation use cases by value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
- Define operating models and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
- Conduct technology maturity assessments and develop transformation recommendations.
- Design Target Operating Models for ERP, S/4HANA, and large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, value realization models, and performance indicators.
- Support proposals, RFP responses, account growth, thought leadership, and service development.
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant consulting, professional services, or industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with maturity assessments, opportunity prioritization, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Experience defining Target Operating Models, IT operating models, governance frameworks, and supporting processes.
- Experience in digital transformation, IT transformation, process improvement, or business-technology integration.
- Understanding of applications, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, data, and enterprise architecture.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in IT strategy, IT governance, portfolio management, ERP, cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, or artificial intelligence.
- Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or other relevant technology certifications are assets.
Compensation
- The salary range is CAD 84,700 to CAD 134,700.
- Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs.
