The Opportunity
PwC Canada is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Director for its Microsoft Practice.
The role leads large-scale Microsoft-based transformation programs across cloud, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
The position owns end-to-end program delivery, executive stakeholder relationships, high-performing teams, and delivery capability growth.
Delivery Leadership and Program Ownership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft Data, AI, and Cloud transformation programs.
- Own scope, budget, governance, risk management, quality, and delivery success.
- Lead concurrent programs and workstreams across complex enterprise environments.
- Establish governance, escalation management, and executive reporting structures.
Microsoft Data and AI Transformation
- Lead solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, enterprise data platforms, and modern analytics solutions.
- Support cloud modernization, data platform transformation, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
- Develop delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Provide practical guidance on Data and AI transformation approaches and operating models.
Stakeholder and Global Delivery Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, technology leaders, and business executives.
- Represent PwC in executive steering committees, governance reviews, and program leadership meetings.
- Lead distributed teams across Canada, the United States, and offshore delivery centres.
- Coordinate delivery teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Talent and Practice Growth
- Build and scale high-performing delivery teams and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, Architects, and Delivery Leaders.
- Support pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, and solution development activities.
- Strengthen relationships with Microsoft and key client stakeholders.
- Contribute to delivery offerings, accelerators, thought leadership, and go-to-market capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, cloud delivery, or technology leadership.
- 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs and delivery organizations.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based transformation programs.
- Strong Microsoft Azure and modern Microsoft Data and AI technology experience.
- Extensive experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, risks, resource plans, and program governance.
Compensation
- The salary range is CAD 191,200 to CAD 241,200.
- Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs.
