Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles of varying levels across technology, non-technology, operations, delivery, and support.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
• Source talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals, and creative recruiting methods.
• Manage candidate engagement and represent the Alight employer brand.
• Support recruitment reporting, management information systems, and routine process activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in technology, non-technology, or support hiring.
• Experience fulfilling both high-volume and leadership roles.
• Customer service focus with strong internal and external relationship-building ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and creative recruiting tactics.
• Ability to use data to improve recruiting practices, with analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work five days from the office.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate qualification, preferably an MBA.
