IT Developer Analyst II

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ASP.NET MVC and C# web applications.
• Build responsive Angular front-end components and develop .NET Core RESTful APIs.
• Create low-level designs and write clean code using SOLID principles, design patterns, and code review standards.
• Collaborate with QA, UX, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.

Technical skills

• Required technologies include ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular 15 or later, .NET Core or .NET 6 or later, RESTful APIs, Postman, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Required testing and quality tools include NUnit, Jest, Vitest, Git, and SonarQube.
• Required knowledge includes Agile/Scrum, SOLID principles, design patterns, secure coding, authentication, authorization, OWASP, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• The role requires experience with AI-assisted development tools, reviewing AI-generated code, and writing effective prompts for software engineering tasks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is expected as familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with AI-enabled application development, LLM concepts, RAG, semantic search, vector search, or Azure OpenAI is preferred.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of application development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with the onshore team during some overlapping US hours.
