- Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of customers, volumes, and revenue
- Induct new customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales team
- Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Update and maintain all Sales MIS
- Effectively meet customer expectations and handle complaints
- Lead through example and build appropriate culture and values
- Ensure KYC/AML updates and proper documentation
- Detect suspicious transactions, money laundering, forgeries
- Obtain SCA license within 6 months and complete CPD requirements
Requirements
- Experienced Sales and Relationship Manager with background in handling all Banking & Investment Products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables
- Strong inter personal skills and leadership ability
- Good understanding of the business environment in UAE
- In depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning
- SCA certified (or completion within 6 months)

About The Job
- To become a strategic professional within our team, utilizing your experience in building and managing client relationships across the region.
- Your focus will be on developing new relationships to onboard new clients while maintaining and servicing a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Creation of strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of the number of customers, volumes and revenue.
- Induction of all (NTB) new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team.
- Creation of sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.)
- Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints.
- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
- Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation.
- To be able to detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc.
- Highest compliance with reference to Anti Bribery, Anti Money Laundering & Combating Financial Crime Risk procedures.
- Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license (within 6 months of joining) and timely completion of CPD requirements.

- SCA certified (or completion of certificate within 6 months).
