About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support day to day interactions between JVs and Chalhoub Group shared services teams
- Coordinate the integration of Group initiatives into JV operations (e.g., ERP migrations, e commerce rollout, omnichannel enablement)
- Monitor progress of key operational projects, flag risks, and propose mitigations
- Act as the first point of contact for JV operational and service related escalations
- Prepare reporting packs, presentations, and updates for governance meetings
- Assist in budget tracking for shared services projects in JVs
Requirements
- 3 6 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, shared services, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of retail operations and business processes
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and e commerce platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- English required; French or Italian is a plus

What you'll be doing
- Support day to day interactions between JVs and Chalhoub Group shared services teams

- Ensure project documentation and reporting standards are met
- Act as the first point of contact for JV operational and service related escalations
- Maintain regular coordination with shared services managers
- Track progress of cross functional shared services projects
- Prepare reporting packs, presentations, and updates for governance meetings
- Assist in budget tracking for shared services projects in JVs
- Contribute to cost and ROI analysis for shared services activities
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3 6 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, shared services, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of retail operations and business processes
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and e commerce platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience managing or supporting cross functional projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- English required; French or Italian is a plus
