Description & Requirements

  • Electronic Arts creates next level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world.
  • The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions.
  • The Fan Intelligence team delivers insights that deepen understanding of player behavior, audience trends, and engagement across EA’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis across player, media, and social datasets
  • Evaluate creative effectiveness across trailers, campaigns, and creators
  • Build scalable dashboards and creative measurement frameworks
  • Synthesize audience and content data into actionable insights
  • Guide partners on content strategy, budgets, and asset planning
  • Embed analytics into creative and campaign workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in marketing, media, or product analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills across multiple data sources
  • Experience with statistical modeling (regression, experimentation)
  • Experience using R or Python for modeling and analysis

  • Experience analyzing creative or marketing performance
  • Advanced data visualization and dashboard design
  • Experience with media measurement or experimentation frameworks
  • Experience influencing decisions through data
  • Experience working with global, cross functional teams

Pay Transparency North America

  • British Columbia: CAD 92,900 CAD 129,200
  • Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
