About the Role
Electronic Arts is looking for a Director of Analytics to lead player lifecycle growth initiatives within the EAX division. You will build and scale a multidisciplinary analytics organization, drive personalization and experimentation strategies, and partner with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Coach and develop an analytics team, improving analytical rigor and establishing standards for metrics, design, and documentation
- Own the analytics and experimentation roadmap for EAX, aligning stakeholders on priorities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, leading insights driven forums (e.g., MBRs) and translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations
- Drive advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- 3+ years of experience hiring and leading teams
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Brand leaders to influence roadmaps and lead executive level business reviews
- Foundation in scaling experimentation (A/B testing) programs, personalization strategies, and data driven growth initiatives
- Expertise working with large scale datasets, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
- Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes

Workplace
- Hybrid remote/in office role.
Pay Transparency North America
- British Columbia: CAD 160,700 CAD 224,700 CAD.
Compensation And Benefits
- Vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days sick time.
- Paid top up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary for parental leave.
