About the Role

- Communicate with studio stakeholders to identify opportunities where data can better support decision making.
- Work with partners to define the right questions to ask and the right data to use, helping embed data in daily decision making.
- Present findings to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that help stakeholders make better, faster decisions.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models and other applications of machine learning that personalise player experiences or support product decisions.
- Explore and apply generative AI tools to increase the efficiency of your own work and support scalable insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics, in gaming, mobile apps, or other digital products.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with analysis and modelling in Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
- Experience with or interest in using machine learning and generative AI tools to support analytics or player insights.
- You will use storytelling to convert business objectives into analytical questions, and communicate results with practical recommendations and actionable steps.

Pay Transparency North America
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) CAD 92,900 CAD 129,200 CAD
