- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Produce Business Cases, Functional Specification Documents, and Technical Architecture / Design Documents
- Define system architecture, data models, API contracts, and integration patterns
- Develop full stack applications using core technology stack
- Write clean, maintainable, well documented code
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs to build intelligent features
- Leverage AI assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery
- Design and manage relational databases; write optimised SQL queries
- Maintain up to date technical, design, and functional documentation
- Prepare monthly task completion reports and present findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands on software development experience
- Demonstrable experience authoring Technical Architecture / Design Documents and Business Cases
- AI/LLM Integration: Anthropic Claude API Certification or equivalent experience
- Database: Oracle OCA/OCP, PostgreSQL Associate, or equivalent certification
- Cloud: AWS Certified Developer Associate, Google Cloud Professional Developer, or Azure Developer Associate
- AI Dev Tooling: GitHub Copilot Certification or Claude Code proficiency assessment
- Microsoft Stack: Microsoft PL 100 or MS 600 certification

Job Overview

- Maintain up to date technical, design, and functional documentation.
- Prepare monthly task completion reports and present findings to peers and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands on software development experience.
- Demonstrable experience authoring Technical Architecture / Design Documents and Business Cases.
