About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Payroll to manage payroll operations using Oracle Fusion Payroll. The role requires ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and final settlements
- Ensure payroll compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Maintain payroll records and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll related journal entries
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll queries
- Process employee benefits, leave encashments, and end of service settlements
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and audit purposes
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in the UAE
- Minimum 1 year of experience processing payroll for a large organization
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience in payroll reconciliations and financial reporting preferred

Job Overview

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing within the UAE.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience processing payroll for a large organization.
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll is mandatory.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in payroll reconciliations and financial reporting is preferred.
