Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role responsible for financial transactions, reporting accuracy, policies, budgeting, and financial planning support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and tax reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile entries, system reports, and account balances.
- Support inventory management and cost accounting.
- Perform project cost allocation, bank reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare payroll-related reports.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation.
- Review subcontractor claims against contracts and site reports before payment issuance.
- Maintain financial policies and procedures and support budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Immediate joining availability is preferred.
