About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly book closing activities for the cluster
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials by coordinating with Shared Services (GL team)
- Review accruals, provisions, and adjustments before finalization
- Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with detailed variance analysis
- Deliver meaningful financial commentary on revenue trends and cost drivers
- Support Finance Manager with management reports and presentations
- Actively support budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and business plans
- Develop financial models and run scenario analysis
- Oversee and validate CBD / departmental profitability reports and doctors' revenue share computations
- Work closely with operations to monitor financial performance and identify cost saving opportunities
- Design advanced Excel based tools, dashboards, and macros
- Act as primary point of escalation for GL and accounting issues
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in finance (FP&A / business finance preferred)

Job Overview
- To independently manage core cluster finance functions including closing, MIS, operational finance, and stakeholder coordination, while driving accuracy, insights, and process efficiency. Acts as a bridge between business, finance manager, and shared services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly book closing activities for the cluster.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials by coordinating with Shared Services (GL team).

- Monitor closing timelines and escalate delays proactively.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with detailed variance analysis.
- Deliver meaningful financial commentary on revenue trends (hospital & clinic level) and cost drivers and margin movements.
- Support Finance Manager with management reports and presentations.
- Actively support budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and business plans.
- Develop financial models and run scenario analysis.
- Validate assumptions with business stakeholders.
- Oversee and validate CBD / departmental profitability reports and doctors' revenue share computations.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and revenue sharing structures.
Experience & Qualification
- 4–7 years of experience in finance (FP&A / business finance preferred)
- Experience in healthcare / multi site operations is a strong advantage
