Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and budget monitoring.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle monthly closing, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and trial balance reviews.
- Monitor project costs, cost centres, operating expenses, and cost control activities.
- Prepare product and project costing, including margins and overhead allocation.
- Support sales pricing and profitability analysis.
- Review purchase orders and CAPEX requests against approved budgets.
- Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation with the general ledger.
- Ensure project and cost transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls, and report significant matters to the CFO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, inventory, and reconciliations.
