Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant / Office Boy to support daily office and administrative operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and mail.
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, government offices, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide support during meetings and company events.
- Assist the HR and Admin team with general office and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Messenger, or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and document handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, honesty, organization, and a hardworking attitude are expected.
- Familiarity with UAE roads and locations is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
