Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features.
The role covers MEP design, site execution, technical coordination, testing, commissioning, and knowledge of pool and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Design and coordinate MEP systems for landscaping, swimming pools, and water features.
- Coordinate pool pumps, filtration systems, piping, drainage, equipment, lighting, and control systems.
- Coordinate MEP requirements with landscape, civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Monitor MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover.
- Prepare as-built drawings, bills of quantities, technical reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure MEP works comply with project requirements and UAE authority standards.
