Senior Procurement Engineer

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement, material sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, cost control, and purchase coordination, preferably within the construction, landscaping, MEP, or contracting industry.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, subcontracted services, and general requirements.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors based on quality, pricing, availability, and delivery capability.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations to achieve competitive pricing and suitable commercial terms.
• Compare quotations based on price, quality, specifications, payment terms, lead time, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct market research and identify alternative suppliers, materials, and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all materials and equipment meet project specifications, approved samples, and quality requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit facilities, lead times, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier confirmations, deliveries, and outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Operations, Estimation, QS, Accounts, and Stores teams.
• Follow up on material approvals, availability, delivery schedules, and urgent project requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, quotations, comparison sheets, and purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delays, quality issues, and supply-related problems.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.
