- Manage the job pipeline from brief intake to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Interpret and translate client briefs for the production team
- Coordinate between the on site team and the agency's strategic and creative leadership
- Track programme deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Manage stakeholder relationships across a government client environment
- Escalate issues and flag risks proactively
- Maintain programme reporting and status documentation
Requirements
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or creative agency

Overview
- The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact between the client and the production team.
