Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement security procedures to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Maintain and review security logs, reports, and incident records.
- Lead, train, and supervise the security team, ensuring clear communication and 24/7 coverage.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operations and guest experience.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and professionally, ensuring safety and resolution.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter risks and promote a safe environment.
- Stay updated on security best practices, technologies, and continuously improve operations.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar position, 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated history of effectively managing security operations, including incident response, staff supervision, and implementation of security protocols.
- Familiarity with the specific security challenges of the industry, whether it s in hospitality, corporate environments, or another sector.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work in dynamic environment.
- Resilience and composure, leadership skills.
- Knowledge of security practices.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
