Role Overview

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Assist with membership registrations, renewals, payments, and general inquiries.

Additional Duties
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the gym, changing rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, including machines, weights, and exercise mats.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Report any repairs, safety concerns, or operational issues to the appropriate team.
- Support a positive member experience by maintaining a friendly, professional, and service oriented approach.
