About the Role
Kerten Hospitality is seeking an IT Manager for The House Hotel in Jeddah to manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and software systems
- Ensure smooth operation of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other business applications
- Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems
- Plan and implement system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology related contracts
- Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee hardware and software procurement
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
- Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity, and IT support
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is preferred
- Ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and budgets
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic
