Position Overview
Emirates Golf Club is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment. The role requires experience in security supervision, strong communication skills, and knowledge of UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards and oversee daily security operations.
- Monitor access control, patrols, and overall security of the club premises.
- Manage security incidents and coordinate appropriate emergency responses.
- Support crowd and event management during club events and activities.
- Prepare security reports and maintain accurate security records.
- Coordinate closely with the Security and HSE teams to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Support risk assessments, incident and near-miss reporting, emergency procedures, and fire safety requirements.
- Ensure security procedures and relevant UAE regulations are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant security supervisory experience, preferably within a hospitality, golf club, hotel, or similar environment.
- Proven experience supervising security guards and coordinating daily security operations.
- Good knowledge of security operations and access control.
- Good knowledge of patrolling and incident management.
