Role Overview

Reservations and Customer Service

• Process and manage reservations for academy services, courses, and events.
• Respond to inquiries about services, courses, and schedules.
• Resolve booking issues and customer concerns.
• Confirm booking details with customers and coordinate reservations with academy staff.

Records, Payments, and Follow-Up

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer requests.
• Assist with payment collection and process refunds when applicable.
• Send confirmation emails and reminders about reservations, changes, and relevant details.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to the Academy Manager.

Academy Operations Support

• Assist with scheduling and organizing academy events and courses.
• Ensure reservations align with available academy resources.

Required Experience and Abilities

• Previous experience in reservations or administrative roles.
• Ability to accurately process bookings and maintain proper records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first approach to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Ability to manage multiple reservations efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or academy environment is preferred.
• Experience with reservation or booking systems is advantageous.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
