Dubai Golf is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Barista for an upscale gym and wellness environment.
The role focuses on beverage preparation, premium guest service, café operations, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized café and bar area.
- Engage professionally with members and guests to provide a welcoming premium experience.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve guest satisfaction and café operations.
- Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and service quality.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of barista experience is required.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium gyms, or high-end cafés is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- A polished appearance and professional demeanor are required.
- The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
