- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the Security team across all hotel facilities.
- Allocate duties and ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
- Conduct daily shift briefings, roll calls, and handovers.
- Monitor the performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline of security officers.
- Patrol hotel premises, including guest areas, back of house areas, parking facilities, and public spaces.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, accidents, medical emergencies, and fire alarms.
- Lead the initial response to incidents and coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, thefts, and guest complaints, and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm panels, and other security equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security and safety risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a security supervisor role in a hotel environment
- Previous experience in a luxury 5 Star hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English; additional languages are beneficial

Overview
- As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations of the hotel and ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, hotel property, and assets.
- You will supervise and support the Security team, coordinate security activities, respond to incidents and emergencies, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and applicable UAE regulations while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and guest service.

Additional Responsibilities
- Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills.
- Assist in managing lost and found procedures according to hotel policies.
- Control contractor access and visitor management procedures.
- Ensure proper key control and access card management.
- Maintain accurate daily occurrence logs, incident reports, and shift records.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling guest concerns professionally and discreetly.
- Train, coach, and mentor security officers on hotel procedures and emergency response.
- Conduct toolbox talks and on the job training sessions.
- Liaise with hotel management, local authorities, police, Civil Defence, and emergency responders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, hotel policies, and brand standards.
- Assist the Security Manager in performance evaluations, scheduling, and operational planning.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Security Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a security supervisor role in a hotel environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury 5 Star hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English; additional languages are beneficial.
