- Support the Revenue Manager in implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
- Monitor room inventory, pricing, and distribution across all sales channels
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends
- Prepare demand forecasts and recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions
- Monitor competitor pricing and market intelligence to identify business opportunities
- Manage room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Assist in administration of revenue management systems (RMS), CRS, PMS, and channel management platforms
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize business performance
- Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all distribution channels and online travel agencies

Role Overview
- As an Assistant Revenue Manager, you will support the Revenue Manager in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, forecasting, and market analysis.
