Job Purpose
Manage and enhance cybersecurity operations across networks, systems, and applications.
Strengthen threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, risk mitigation, and cybersecurity controls.
Conduct security assessments, drive continuous improvement, and support compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
Carry out duties in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability
- Lead continuous monitoring across networks, applications, systems, and integration points with mission-critical clients.
- Oversee security controls across network assets, systems, and security platforms.
- Lead SOC activities including threat detection, incident triage, response coordination, and resolution.
- Analyze incidents, attack patterns, and threat trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead security, vulnerability, and penetration testing activities and remediation planning.
- Drive vulnerability management, patch management, system hardening, and security configuration reviews.
- Coordinate cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and operational records for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide risk insights, incident updates, and security recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Apply threat intelligence, emerging threat indicators, and security advisories to strengthen security capabilities.
- Monitor cybersecurity metrics, incident trends, and operational effectiveness to improve SOC maturity.
- Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity frameworks, procedures, and incident response capabilities.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness and knowledge-sharing activities within operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Information Security, Systems Engineering, or a related field is the preferred education background.
- At least six years of experience required.
- Fluent English language proficiency required.
