- Follow and implement all operational security procedures within the hotel
- Management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property
- Provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors and suppliers
- Keep security and hotel senior management informed on all security matters daily
- Protect all guest and staff areas from unauthorised access or intruders
- Handle incidents and emergencies sensitively and professionally
- Conduct full inquiries and follow up activities for security related incidents
- Carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms and place of work as directed
- Attend all regular training for security personnel
- Attend daily briefings and maintain duty in the area of assignment
