Responsibilities
- Support in the day to day operations and administration of the Security Department
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies and procedures
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of company facilities, equipment, and restricted areas
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to identify and respond to suspicious activities
- Perform security risk assessments and recommend corrective measures
- Ensure access to company premises is granted only to authorized personnel
- Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate reports
- Monitor compliance with company security procedures
- Conduct security awareness briefings and training sessions
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Monitor and control vehicle and pedestrian movement within company premises
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Security Officer or Security Guard role
- Sound knowledge of security regulations, legal guidelines, and public safety practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Certification in Conflict Management or related field (advantage)

Key Responsibilities
- Support in the day to day operations and administration of the Security Department
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable security requirements
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of company facilities, equipment, and restricted areas to maintain a secure environment
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to identify, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches
- Perform security risk assessments and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures to address identified risks
- Ensure that access to company premises and restricted areas is granted only to authorized personnel in accordance with established procedures
- Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate reports, ensuring that all incidents are properly documented and communicated to management
- Monitor compliance with company security procedures, including employee attendance, visitor management, and access control requirements
- Conduct security awareness briefings and training sessions to promote security compliance among employees
- Coordinate with internal departments to address security related requirements and support operational activities
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, emergencies, and other situations requiring immediate attention
Ideal Candidate
- A High School Diploma is required
- A certification in Conflict Management or a related field will be considered an advantage
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Security Officer or Security Guard role is required
- Sound knowledge of security regulations, legal guidelines, and public safety practices is essential
- Experience within the aviation industry will be considered an added advantage
- Familiarity with company operational procedures and security protocols is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered an advantage
