Job Description

  • ADA is seeking a highly organized and commercially focused Sales & Business Development Senior Executive to support the execution of the company's commercial growth strategy. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Commercial Department, providing support across sales operations, CRM man

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user compliance.
  • Maintain customer, account, and opportunity records, ensuring information is current and complete.
  • Track and manage the commercial pipeline, including opportunity status, milestones, forecasts, and follow up actions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry intelligence gathering to support business development activities.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, commercial visits, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, commercial proposals, and executive briefing materials.
  • Maintain commercial documentation, proposal libraries, templates, and SharePoint repositories.
  • Support pipeline reviews, commercial governance activities, and opportunity tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to CRM usage, reporting, process efficiency, and commercial systems.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in CRM, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related disciplines are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development Support, Commercial Coordination, or a similar commercial support role.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in preparing commercial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a strong advantage.
