Role Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Planning and Organization Development is responsible for leading the Group's compensation and benefits, workforce planning and organization development agenda across multiple entities.
  • Reporting directly to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, the role serves as the Group's subject matter expert on total rewards, workforce planning and organization design.
  • The role works closely with Executive Management, entity leadership teams and Group functions to develop and implement consistent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, review and implementation of the Group's compensation and benefits framework.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and provide recommendations to ensure reward programmes remain competitive.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading activities, maintaining appropriate governance across salary structures.
  • Partner with Finance to undertake cost modelling, financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Lead the development of workforce planning methodologies and governance across the Group.
  • Lead organization design and organization review activities across multiple entities.
  • Lead the implementation of the Group Policy Harmonisation Programme across all operating entities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Executive Management, entity leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple entities to understand business requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve alignment on workforce planning, organization development, compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, providing practical solutions.
