Role Summary
- The Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Planning and Organization Development is responsible for leading the Group's compensation and benefits, workforce planning and organization development agenda across multiple entities.
- Reporting directly to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, the role serves as the Group's subject matter expert on total rewards, workforce planning and organization design.
- The role works closely with Executive Management, entity leadership teams and Group functions to develop and implement consistent frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, review and implementation of the Group's compensation and benefits framework.
- Conduct market benchmarking and provide recommendations to ensure reward programmes remain competitive.
- Lead job evaluation and grading activities, maintaining appropriate governance across salary structures.
- Partner with Finance to undertake cost modelling, financial analysis and scenario planning.
- Lead the development of workforce planning methodologies and governance across the Group.
- Lead organization design and organization review activities across multiple entities.
- Lead the implementation of the Group Policy Harmonisation Programme across all operating entities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Executive Management, entity leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across multiple entities to understand business requirements.
- Influence stakeholders to achieve alignment on workforce planning, organization development, compensation and benefits.
- Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, providing practical solutions.
